Manage and resolves open cases in the CRM system with a high emphasis on timeliness and quality. Address system and data errors to ensure accurate processing of HR, payroll and benefits. Build and maintain effective business relationships with internal groups to resolve customer facing issues. Triage and assess issues to identify root cause and process improvement opportunities. Resolve moderate to complex inquiries from customers and internal groups. Provides support and expertise regarding compliance and regulatory requirements.
