Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, cyber security, or related field Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Minimum of 8 years of work experience in cybersecurity Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a cybersecurity engineer role Proficiency in Microsoft Defender XDR suite (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps). Experience administering and managing CASB solution such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps Experience administering and managing Microsoft Defender for Cloud Experience with KQL (or other query languages) and analytic rules. Design, deploy and maintain Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms to streamline and automate incident response processes. Implement and manage cloud security solutions and systems such as Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Cloud Infrastructure Entitlements Management (CIEM), Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP), and Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP). Integrate security solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless access control and authentication processes across the enterprise. Oversee the lifecycle of security tools, including deployment, maintenance, and upgrades, to ensure optimal performance. Tailor and optimize security tools to meet the needs and challenges of the organization's infrastructure and security landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide security guidance and support.
